A Moving Meditation

Love Yourself,
[two movements, 1.right hand to left shoulder blade, left hand to right, palms down. 2.three fingers to IET throat point just below shoulder blade]

Love All,
[two movements, 1.right hand to left shoulder blade, left hand to right, palms down. 2.slowly reach up until arms are straight over head, palms facing each other and
then slowly opening until arms are even with shoulders]

Let Go,
[Left arm outstretched to the side, right hand containing imaginary seeds throws them to the left] 

Move On,
[parallel arms move to right until they are completely outstretched]

And Grow,
[left hand palm open floats over heart chakra, right hand becomes flower pushing up through, opening into the horizon over heart that is represented by the Left hand]

In Beauty,
[Left hand stays floating over the heart, right hand in closed fist position using thumb as pointer outlines the face]

And Wisdom,
[Left hand stays floating over the heart, right hand in closed fist position using thumb as pointer floats across the 6th chakra or forehead]

Feel Strong,
[three movements,1. slowly, feeling vertebra by vertebra, float down to touch floor or point that is comfortable, 2.then rise floating upward, palms facing energy body 3. at shoulders, flex bicep]

Stand Tall,
[slowly raise arms up until they are straight over head palms facing each other channeling and energizing the seventh and eighth chakra]
