MARIA KRAMER was born in Denmark and graduated from college with a specialty in foreign languages and ballet. At 19 she immigrated to the United States and has studied alternative healing, peak performance, spirituality and nutrition for over thirty years. On her own journey of healing and enlightenment, she has found Integrated Energy Therapy^® to be incredibly transformational. She became a Master Practitioner and Instructor so that she could share this incredibly unique healing technique with others and help them experience the beauty, love and profound healing that IET offers. Maria is also a certified hypnotist, a member and a teaching staff of the National Guild of Hypnotists, a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master , Rising Star Healing Practitioner and a specialist in Emotional Freedom Technique which she has studied personally with it’s founder Gary Craig.

Maria has also authored and published a book : "Prayers to Awaken Peace and Love".  She has helped many in the area of sexual, mental and emotional abuse and weight release and is uniquely qualified to deal with both since she experienced and overcame these types of challenges in her own life. Her clients also achieve wonderful results in release of Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Phobias, Anger and Stress and is then able to move toward Personal Peace in their lives. Much of her work once the old patterns have been cleared , is focused on helping people manifest true health, abundance, sacred relationships with self, God/Spirit and others.

Maria is an active Interfaith Minister with the Sanctuary of Peace and Harmony in Long Island where she often volunteers at the Sanctuary’s various functions. She presents self-empowering healing programs at the Sanctuary’s quarterly healing nights teaching many of the IET processes. In teaching her passion has always been ascertaining how she could make a difference to each student, finding out what one gem she can pass on that would help create a shift in each individual.

2. I am not getting what I do want.

Do you know why we are in emotional/mental pain?
Believe it or not, there are only two reasons:
We are living either in the past or the future. Emotional Pain is always a past experience projected into the present moment. The deeper the pain the older it is.  It is often also related to a sense of profound loss,
buried deep down. Mental pain is our "stinking thinking" and negative belief systems, we allow our mind to run wild with possible negative scenarios of the future, often creating Fear which, is a projection of an imaginary view of the future based on experiences in the past.

IET is the flow of a high vibration, loving angelic energy ray. It is a safe, gentle, and nurturing way of releasing energy blockages which cause imbalance and disease. IET facilitates the self-healing process at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It facilitates clearing suppressed feelings, memories, emotions, trauma, distress, and self-limiting thoughts and beliefs. These thoughts and beliefs limit health, creativity and prosperity. And best of all, IET facilitates healing the past without having to relive the trauma. IET is transformative, and "gets the issues out of the tissues" for good. IET is designed as a stand alone therapy, or may be fully incorporated with all other healing modalities.

IET is a very powerful, yet gentle, healing experience. The client relaxes fully clothed on a massage table, while soothing music plays softly in the background. The IET practitioner then directs the healing energy to specific areas along the client’s body, and facilitates clearing energy blockages by means of gentle touch. It is typical for the client to feel a deep sense of relaxation, inner peace, renewal and overall well being; and to leave the session feeling lighter, refreshed and empowered.
