Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
Personally, I am a wife, mother of three, mother-in-law and I'm very
proud to say a grandmother of two (so far). My priorities are God, my family,
friends and my clients, many of whom become my friends.
Professionally, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1998 and
Instructor of Integrated Energy and Reiki since 2001. Owner of Sunset Hills
Massage Therapy Center 11705 Gravois Road Sunset Hills, MO 63127.
As a Massage Therapist:
My goal is to have something in my professional toolbox to work with anyone who
finds his or her way to my massage table. The therapies I use in my practice
are: Hot Stones, CranioSacral, Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, Deep Tissue,
Prenatal, Reflexology, Sports, Massage for Cancer and Healthy Breast Massage and
Quantum Healing.
As an Instructor:
My goal is to have my students walk away with a greater appreciation of who they
are. Both with Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki we spend a lot of time on
self-healing.
IET and Reiki classes start with an energy attunement to align and enhance your
ability to feel and sense energy.
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), also known as "Healing with the Energy of
Angels", is a very powerful therapy that "gets the issues out of your tissues"
for good. It works with the spiritual DNA clearing blocked emotions such as
FEAR, STRESS, HEARTACHE, DISTRUST, RESENTMENT, ANGER, GUILT, THREAT and LOW
SELF-ASTEEM. Replacing them with SAFETY, EASE, LOVE, TRUST, FORGIVENESS,
