The class fees is $655 CDN if you register at least 30 days in advance.  The class fee increases to $705 CDN if you register less than 30 days in advance.  A deposit of  $250 CDN is required to reserve your space in any class.  This deposit will be returned in full (or applied to a future class if you prefer) if you cancel more than 30 days in advance. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days in advance.  Your final payment is fully refundable if you do not attend the class.

Note: you can make your PayPal payment by cheque if you wish - so if you would normally prefer to pay directly by cheque, please use this option to pay by PayPal (and then pay them by cheque).

Final payments can be made by credit card (we will take final payment one week prior to the class) or by PayPal so that we receive confirmation of payment AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE CLASS DATE. This will streamline the check-in process (no balance due) at the class, and ensure that all classes can begin on time. Note that we cannot accept the final payment by cheque or PayPal AT THE CLASS.  Some people may remember that we used to accept final balance in cash at the class. Unfortunately, we can no longer do that, so please plan to use PayPal or credit card instead.

REPEATING MASTER-INSTRUCTORS

IET Master-Instructors may, space permitting, retake any Master-Instructor class for a fee of $100 CDN if you register more than 30 days in advance. The class fee increases to $110 CDN if you register within 30 days of the class (assuming there is space).  We will have 4 spaces reserved for repeating Master-Instructors with additional space if fewer than 20 students register.  When filling spaces, priority will be given to Master-Instructors who have not reviewed before.

Your payment in full is used to reserve your place in the class and is non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days in advance.  It is fully refunded if you cancel more than 30 days in advance.

Please note: we can only charge your credit card in US dollars. Therefore, when we take a deposit or final balance in $CDN, we translate the amount into $US using that day's official currency conversion so that your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount in $CDN.  Due to variations in currency conversion rates that individual credit card companies use, you may be charged a few $CDN higher or lower than the desired deposit.  Please let us know if your credit card is overcharged, and we will make an adjustment.
