How to Run a Client Practice - Karen Fairman: Tips and techniques for starting, maintaining, and growing your dream client practice. Focused on IET techniques to assist you and your clients to reach for the stars! Information, logistics, building your practice, and troubleshooting for common problems with open Q&A and sharing of personal experiences will be included.

Karen Fairman RN is a certified practitioner and master instructor of IET. As a registered nurse for the past 20 years, she has practiced in the nursing fields of intensive and coronary care, medical, surgical, cancer, orthopedics and pediatrics. She is an Interfaith Minister and State Certified Health Educator.

The Healing Angels of the Energy Field - Stevan Thayer: You can now meet and work with the Healing Angels of the Energy Field (Ariel, Raphael, Gabriel, Celestina, Faith, Cassiel, Daniel, Sarah, and Michael). This talk will cover how to teach this class and work more closely with the Healing Angels in your own life's journey.

Stevan J. Thayer is the founding director of The Center of Being, and the developer of IET. Stevan has been in holistic service since 1989, and is a certified White Light Reiki Master, Professional Rebirther, an ordained Interfaith Minister, nationwide speaker, instructor and lecturer.

Labyrinths: Circles of Life - Sam Richardson: Labyrinths are energy patterns placed on the ground for people to walk.  They are used for healing, introspection, meditation, prayer, pilgrimage and transformation.  This is an experiential class where you will learn how to create labyrinths and how to use them.  A canvas labyrinth will be available for walking throughout the weekend.  

Sam is certified as an IET  Master Instructor and has taught at the national Dowsers Convention in Vermont as well as in several healing centers in Massachusetts.  He is a long-term dowser and a member of the Labyrinth Society.  He has created a number of labyrinths in different states.

Growing your IET Practice - Mike Wanner: Marketing, Sales Tips and Strategies. You CAN sell your services and you CAN develop effective marketing techniques to grow a successful business. We will focus on how to enthusiastically talk about your business, how to recruit clients, advertising, marketing tools (business cards, brochures, web design), PR and networking.

Dowsing IET Energy Points - Dona Ho-Lightsey: Empower yourself and your IET sessions using your pendulum. This experiential class will teach you how to dowse and read IET points and chakras. Being able to evaluate the energetic state of your client enables you to be a more efficient and effective facilitator. Bring your pendulums to play and practice in this supportive session.

Dona Ho Lightsey LMT, has been a holistic health professional for 13 years teaching the "Body, Mind, Spirit" connection, facilitating meditation and devotional chanting classes and women's ritual and prayer circles as a Licensed Massage Therapist and intuitive energy healer.

Dowsing the Chakras - Nancy Russell: Want a "quick overview" tool for your IET sessions? This talk provides a helpful approach for unlocking the messages of the energy field. This fun and empowering session will offer you all the information necessary to use your pendulum now! Several demonstration "readings" for those who volunteer, time to play/practice.

Nancy Russell is a certified traditional Usui Reiki Master currently teaching Integrated Energy Therapy®, Reiki, and other related classes in Yardley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania and around the country. She has a full-time energy practice.

Integrating Counseling with IET - Karen Puglia: For both Psychotherapists and non-Psychotherapists alike. In this workshop, we will discuss how to introduce IET to your clients. We will also discuss how to structure an IET session within the confines of a counseling session. There will be time to ask questions regarding your practice and your concerns about using IET either with or without a counseling background.

Karen is a psychotherapist in private practice in Wellesley Hills, MA and the creator of The Center For Empowerment and Choice. She is certified as an IET Master Instructor and certified in Second Degree Reiki, The Radiance Technique. She encourages self-empowerment, and the importance of spirituality in the process of self-discovery.

IET and Addiction - Nancy Mann: Our clients who use alcohol and illegal substances are among the most challenging individuals to deal with. Learn how our attitudes, focus and particular techniques, can guide our clients to find their own personal source of self-renewal, substituting self-destructive behaviors with "healthy addictions" and positive self-regard.

Nancy is a LCSW with a Specialty Certification in Substance Abuse. In private practice for 26 years, she is now a clinical supervisor at a non-profit out-patient clinic where she does both individual and group therapy. She is on the adjunct faculty at Yale University and has taught group dynamics at Southern CT State University.

IET Flower Essences - Judy Wymann: Learn what flower essences are and how they are made, as well as how they clear energy, support healing, create balance and enhance spiritual growth. We will cover the IET Essences history and how to use them in an IET session and for self healing.

Judith Wyman, owner of Catskill Mountain Flower Essences Ltd. has been making, using and administering flower essences for over 14 years. Shehas studied with healer Barbara Brennan, Emmanuel, and is a Reiki Master. She is also a dancer and visual artist.

So, You Want to Start A Business? - Carol Armitage: This talk will cover the basics that you should keep in mind when starting a business. It will include such things as how to register your business, and what possible start-up costs may be. Contact info. will be provided for several helpful websites and agencies to help you get started.

Carol is a semi-retired telecom executive, sits on the Board of Directors of several high tech firms, and volunteers time through SCORE (the service corp of retired execs). She is also the webmaster for CenterofBeing.com and LearnIET.com. and the organizer of this years retreat.
