Welcome to St. Catharines, in the hub of the Niagara peninsula in southern Ontario, Canada. Nestled next to Lake Ontario and near Niagara Falls, our American neighbours often come over to enjoy our charm, hospitality, world class wineries and the sights that make us unique.

Barb landed in Niagara after a year of Teacher’s College in Scotland. Twenty-five plus years later, she has enjoyed an exciting and sometimes challenging career of teaching Physical Education, Health and Wellness at the secondary level. Now happily retired for ten years plus, Barb has embraced her personal growth and development in the journey we call ‘life’.

Barb’s launch into the ‘energy’ arena began with her discovery of Reiki in 2000, becoming a Reiki Master in September/2010. IET found Barb in 2011 and the decision to train was an easy one. She’s since become a certified Master-Instructor in September/2011 training with Maria Peterson.

There is no question that Reiki and IET have been the catalysts to her great personal change and self awareness. The process of discovering ‘self’ is ongoing and one Barb embraces with love and gratitude, knowing every lesson furthers her on her path forward and strengthens her ability to help others.
